Meet Megan

When I started studying for my hospitality and tourism management degree, I knew I wanted to be involved in the food and beverage world.

I love food, and I understand the industry.

My journey started with the day-to-day running of a restaurant, continued through organizing the catering on a college campus, to when I was a regional operations manager of a chain of resorts. Working in food and beverage management in the hospitality industry was a great foundation for what I do now: helping food entrepreneurs optimize their businesses.

I've worked throughout the industry with people to understand what systems they need for their businesses to work better. 

I founded Bright Paveway to channel my knowledge and expertise into helping businesses in the food industry meet their potential.
